Readings are focused strictly on you (the client) and your personal journey. I do not perform readings to spy on, assess the private thoughts of, or gain unauthorized insight into third parties without their explicit permission.

Text-based guidance and asynchronous messaging are not emergency or crisis response services. If you are in immediate personal crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or facing a mental health emergency, please immediately contact a local crisis helpline (such as calling or texting 988 in the US) or call emergency services (911).

Text memberships provide asynchronous messaging during specified operating hours only. Response times are subject to standard operating hours (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST for Standard tiers; 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST for VIP). Messaging outside operating hours or over weekends will be addressed on the following business day. Direct telephone calls, emergency requests, or immediate real-time chat sessions are not included.

Due to the personalized nature of spiritual consultations and time-allocated services, all payments for completed readings, phone sessions, digital deliveries, and active memberships are final and non-refundable.

  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: For live phone appointments, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least [24/48] hours in advance. Late arrivals will receive guidance for the remainder of their scheduled window without extension.

  • Membership Cancellations: 30-day text memberships expire automatically after 30 calendar days. Early termination by the client during an active 30-day period does not qualify for a partial or prorated refund."

We reserve the right to decline service, cancel sessions, or terminate active memberships at any time without refund in the event of abusive, harassing, threatening, or inappropriate behavior, repeated violations of established communication terms, or if we believe you may be experiencing a mental health crisis or spiritual psychosis.
