How It Works + Member Guidelines:

• Priority On-Demand Text Access: Text your questions as things arise during operating hours for real-time clarity.

• Unlimited Inquiries Per Day: Can be general readings, distinct questions or follow-up check-ins during business hours.

• Priority Turnaround: VIP texts jump to the front of the queue, with responses delivered within an hour. Generally you'll get a response right away- but if it takes longer I may be in an appointment or doing a ritual and will get back to you right after. 

• Flexible Mediums: Submit questions via text or quick voice notes. Guidance returned via concise text or audio message.

Service Hours & Operating Guidelines:

• VIP Extended Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST.

• Weekend Policy: Inquiries sent over the weekend or after hours will be answered first thing Monday morning.

• Text Communication Only: To maintain clear, structured communication, this program is for text or voice note only. Direct phone calls or video calls are not included in this membership. Your question must be clear and concise; however, you are allowed [and encouraged] to offer me context if it's important to the question. 

• Membership Term & Renewal: Access is valid for 30 consecutive calendar days from your start date. Upon expiration, active texting privileges pause until a new 30-day membership is renewed or a standard session is booked.

• IMPORTANT: This service is for personal self-reflection and guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, legal counsel, or emergency medical services. I do not offer immediate crisis services in any capacity. 

Program Boundaries + Terms: This tier provides structured, high-touch access within VIP business hours. It does not include direct voice calls, after-hours emergency access, or urgent crisis service. Disrespectful conduct, calls, or messaging outside set terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
